Don't get any job points in army, it's useleess.
Its better to get into a player created company. Post here and wait for offers. Some directors will train you a bit for free and you'll probably get company benefits.

You get 1 job point per day at private level, you need 5 to get promoted, then you get 2 per day and 10 for promotion and so on.
They are issued just after 1800 TCT
