So why haven't they added like narcan or something like it, something to the effects of drug cooldown reduced by x hours or completely and/or removed drug induced side effects with a 10 hour medical cooldown or 12-30 hour booster cooldown for balance. Like it'd also have to be expensive and hard to find purely because of the effect but still. Y'all's thoughts?

And yeah, narcan irl is used for opiate(don't remember if that's right) overdoses but this is a game where a group of thugs can make a nuke so reality is fickle.

As far as this suggestion goes, you will probably need to work on it a bit more. Pros/Cons what would happen ingame would it be implemented.

It would have to have like a crazy cooldown because being able to do 4 edvds, ecstasy, narcan, ecstasy, train, fhc, train, E refill, train. Comes out to 40k additional happy.
What's the reason for implementing this other than just making happy jumps more expensive? It sounds like this wouldn't really add anything to the game.
As it stands currently, most newbies already struggle to be able to afford happy jumps. This would make it harder for them to compete. Then by the time most are able to afford happy jumps on a routine basis, they don't need them anymore.
Or he could get into the right faction and do 9 eDVDs at a time.

You mean restore happiness? There's rehab for that, I don't see why someone would use a drug cool down for it
