RIG has been sold

Selling an 8* (9* soon™️) Oil Rig. 30/30 man with around 3,700 effectiveness. Built for 10* just needs to build the lifetime income. Profit around 24Mn a day.

Selling for cost (36.75Bn) + a little extra for age/staffing - ideally 38Bn total. Owner wants to go back to running a Mining, hence the sale.
