Sig Powerful 16% / Conserve 34% - current offer 1.1b, buyout 2.5b.
I use it with recoil pad and PI or IN special ammo... Will last a whole fight without reloading and doesn't burn through special ammo stock as it only shoots 1 bullet per turn (with maths education).
This gives an effective base weapon stats of 137.19D 57.89A with PI ammo vs 50 armor! (or 91.46D 57.89A without special ammo but having the luxury of using special ammo all the time is the main shining point of the conserve perk alongside never ever having to reload!)
Bring melatonin (+500% speed) with you and you won't even feel the lower accuracy. Or better yet, pair it with an accurate melee or secondary weapon to ensure you have all bases covered!
