(note the image is from brutum but I see the same thing)

 

The straight flush was dealt, but it is being counted with the 4H instead of the 2C.

Additionally, under my poker statistics it shows as 2♣ 3♣ 4♣ 5♣ 4♥, so the 4H is replacing AC.
