Good day 

 

I am still a bit new and I have noticed when trying to claim some bounties I have a 50 to 60 second timer 

BUT

 

while I wait the target gets attacked by someone els as if they did not have a waiting timer 

WHY IS THAT PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!!!!!!!

They are taking part in a Ranked War. People outside of the participating factions have to wait 60 seconds before being able to attack people in those factions, but people taking part in the RW can attack right away.

 

This is to prevent immediate outside hosping of innactive people, a commonly used tactic in Ranked Wars.
