you gatta wait for the drug cooldown to go away before you can take another drug. Just 1 at a time.

no, each drug has a cooldown so u cant' use several drugs together
(xanax is about 7 hours)
Not yet, but Chedburn has talked about wanting to allow it years ago. Probably several years into the future, if ever.
Moved to Q&A - as others have said, no this isn't possible. You can be under the effect of one drug which will give you a drug cooldown. Once this cooldown is over, you will lose the effects of the drug and can then take a new one.
Ways rl is better than Torn I guess...
If they allowed it but with increasing risk of od it could make for a very odd neta.
