Dude only got active again on Dec 17th. The game just obviously didn't pick he was active again to remove form the pool or however it works. 

100% understood, he asked for proof and this is the proof. there could have been other, more polite ways for him to approach this so I thought that this would be mine.

no he was offended by your threat to add him to your chain list.  I don't understand why a single attack would trigger you but maybe just accept the fact that ched Duke was the one that set you up so maybe take it out on them?

Out of pure curiosity, have you been holding the mission for long? I thought people got taken off the mission list as soon as they came back.

Usually players are understanding when it comes to duke missions. You gotta do what duke tells you. Easiest way to get off Duke's mission list is to pay back your loan.

Funny thing about torn: When people in torn step out of line, other people tend to 'fix' the problem.

The one thing that people aren’t understanding is that getting attacked twice, one loss and the next being a mug looks like malice. I asked for proof and he escalates it here. My dot was green when attacked, so to tell me my response isn’t normal, fk off.

tbh, i dont check if my target is online when its a mission, i assume they are not. Also, I mugged you because when I lost the first time, since I had assumed you were a deserter and my stats are fairly high themselves. i thought you would have had some money from whatever starter job you may have been in. I dont check any of this because honesty I dont care. If you were online, I would probably still have done it ( not mug though, that my bad) because Im not taking a mission loss on duke if I dont have to.
