Is there any real reason to level up past 15 besides Life Points? You had to get to level 15 to get the Travel Agency so is there anything else like that or can I just chill?

Life points + Easier to bust people.
But harder to get busted.
You also get a few merits along the way. There's honor bars and a merit you can buy every 2 levels.
