Use Noob Chat. The Moderators will answer common questions and direct you to appropriate Guides. Read the Tutorial, read the Guides. Keep asking questions. While you're going to be asking the same questions many other people have asked, that's the very reason why people will be able to answer the questions quickly and completely. 

Just stick to what you are doing till you can travel at level 15 and save up for a large suitcase to be able to carry more , avoid the casino unless you plan on losing money . Also don't post in the GD forum asking stuff like this it's begging to be put on chain lists :)
