While doing a chain. I had some lag which stopped me finishing the attack. This caused the breakdown of the faction chain.
Chain report says it broke at 04:19:28
Toxin killed at 04:19:24
Toxin left on street at 04:19:52 (let it time out or lag)
Could this be possibily reviewed and the chain re-instated?

There are over 150 attacks that took place around a minute of this timestamp, I have gone through a few dozen logs and don't see any anomaly in the processing time. It is likely that the issue was on your end (although I cannot discount the possibility that it could have been Torn-side).
In either case, I don't have sufficient grounds to restore the chain. Plus the chain has already cooled down, it is not possible to restore chains once the cooldown is finished.
