Any ways for a low stat player to increase chance of getting hired? All my work stats are below 1k, which makes it hard for me to join a 10* AN. (for trains and happy jumps) But you have to get trained to get higher work stats, and to get trained you need to join a company (preferably 10), which requires high work stats. Besides merits on EE, is there a way to get hired by a 10 AN faster?

some companies will sell trains, i don't remember the usual amount they go for because i've never bought any
i got into mine by joining a 7* and waiting a while lol, i have the lowest stats of the company (still a few times higher than yours though)
My trains costed 400k each. 100 mil for 250 trains. I got to choose which stat I wanted to improve the most and received trains in those two work stats. You can get a tiny bit of work stats from education courses but the best way to increase work stats is through trains. Some companies do free rotational trains meaning each person in the company gets train once every day or every two days usually for free.
