What do you mean you've completed half of his missions? His missions are endless.
There are no new mission givers. Dukes missions are endless until they make a new one.
they sure take their time though don't they?
ive been playing for 412 days and havent seen a new one.
lol people have been waiting for 10 years for the next mission giver (supposedly Amanda), something something marathon?
