I was becoming an accomplished pick picketer I think level 5 or 6. Today I am back to level 1. What did I do wrong?

Pickpocketing is a f***in DOOZY...
I gave in and use this script now, I went from level 25 back to 20 for soo long because of set backs.

Also not a good idea to start at pickpocketing it takes a higher level of skill, start with search for cash or graffiti
I don't think crime experience makes as much of a difference in a particular crime as your skill level. I started pickpocketing, hit a wall and now have done 3/4 of the crimes before it, and still have the same (if not worse) success rates for moderate to low risk marks.
The crits at the start are awful. check th eguides posted you will be in good shape quick enough.
+1 to what douche said. You are level 6. I’m thinking it is quite a bit too early to be doing the fifth crime. I know lots of people do this to get more money but in my mind these crimes are more about getting the most done with the smallest amount of energy possible.
I hated it, but I generally did the easiest ones first. Anytime I hit a critical fail, I would pull back to an easier crime for a bit.
