considering the 50% tax over bounties, that looks like an expensive way to RMT. Also, why would you need to be traveling for this to work?
PS.: I highly doubt this would fly under the radar. You'd probably get caught soon
RMT is when you trade Torn money/goods in exchange for money/goods that are unrelated to Torn. IE trading Torn money for gold in World of Warcraft.
It counts as a normal bounty and is tracked as an interaction. Everything is logged and available to Officers to determine if this is RMT or not. There's no exploit here, unless the money is not being deducted or credited to the two accounts interacting. Bounty placing is permitted when you are abroad, we do not intend to block it. If you want to use a system with 50% tax to "transfer" money to Torn, you are free to do that.
