I heard some times when people want to sell things they drop their prices low, maybe you should try that
buy high, sell low, got it.
Got high, went for snacks, forgot to sell. :(
Only solution now is to stay high - That way you never lose

He does have a point, he just didn't put much brainpower into it.
Most traders try to sell for about market value to maximize profits, or slightly below. While most people who just want to sell an item will list it a good bit below market value so it will sell quickly. This has caused the price of points to go down after the minimum cap was removed, which in turn caused the price of plushies to go down. Most other items aren't affected by this, because either it's a useless item and there are collectors to buy up all of the cheap ones and they keep the price stable, or it's a useful item and there are too many traders on it for a few casual sellers to make a difference.
