What I'd really love is to be able to run custom queries against the dataset of bazaar content. But lacking that, I have been using https://torn.bzimor.dev/ to browse through what's available in the bazaars. Before I attempt to write my own, which I imagine is more complicated than I really want to do, what are some of the other sites folks use to examine what content is in the bazaars? Do any of them have SLAs on how recent the data is?

I'm not sure if there would be any use in replicating what already exists.
Currently there is already TornPal which frequently updates bazaar listings using keys provided by users of the tool. You can go there and login and browse around as it has a ton of other features you might found useful.
If you want a solution that doesn't require you to leave Torn, then I've created a script myself that uses the data from TornPal to intuitively browse listings directly from within Torn, which you can find at the link right here
