So we all know a lot of people will borrow money from Duke and then quit the game or just not pay him back. How about Duke letting us decrease a loan we might have with Duke by either hosping or mugging those people that have loans with him that haven't made payments. Could be like a 1.5x decrease on our loan (or something higher than 1 in order to make it viable).
