If I don't claim my dividend now and waited again for 7 days, will my dividend be doubled or does it stack?

a long time ago it used to work like that. Currently you must collect when it's ready, otherwise future dividends are paused. So no, they don't stack and you should be timely in collecting them the day that the dividends become available to maximize efficiency
