Im might buy a small vault but will it cost even more money for upkeep? Mine rn is 100k daily but if it cost anymore money then Im cooked

Since you are the leader of your faction just stash your cash in the faction vault. I would also be looking into at least renting a PI so you can get those gym stats growing a lot faster.
You have a Ranch. You need at least a Palace or better to purchase the Vault upgrade.
Like Bealeb said, store your money in your faction is the best bet.
