Leaders are no longer "copied" on the newsletter, this was being done due to a bug. You will have to select Leader/Co-leader option from the dropdown if you want to send a copy to yourself. Thanks! - CloudJumper [1636201] · 1 likes ·
Leader and Co-leader are included in All members, so they do receive the newsletter, yes.

Does this change also include "All"? Because the patch notes are not clear about that.
Changed faction newsletters to no longer automatically also send them to the Leader and Co-leader
