The Cinephile merit? Sell 10k DVD's of each movie genre. I would think that could have something to do with the price going up too. I think that's a good theory.

Yes. Could be due to bootlegging merit being added. Just like when they changed Sand from a temporary weapon to a material and allowed players to now find it while searching the beach, it's market value is garbage compared to 3 weeks ago. I don't believe we'll ever see the price of Sand that high again. No telling how high Blank DVD's will go or if they'll even continue to go up by next week. A single change to an items utilization and the market moves quick.

In the bootlegging crime page if you click on the animated banner it will switch to stats for bootlegging if you scroll right it list how many of each genre of dvd copied and sold.
