Why does my friend have a new, modern UI, while i have an older version? I reinstalled, and nothing changed. We both have a Samsung Galaxy A14 btw.

How do you know what your friends UI looks like?
Maybe he is using torn pda?
If playing on Mobile I would highly suggest going with Torn PDA

Your UI is Crimes 1.0... Your friend is on Crimes 2.0
Your account is old enough that Crimes 2.0 inclusion wasn't forced yet. Sometime last year all new players start on Crimes 2.0. You're on the old crimes system still.
