Better weapon

I have P90 (O) 23% powerful 

And

Arma (Y) 27% deadeye

Which one is better weapon to use

Arma hands down~

The P90 is a much weaker base weapon. The 'powerful' bonus barely makes the weapon do equal damage with a vanilla Arma, not to mention the ammo consumption will eat through any special bullets you have, and the accuracy is worse as well.

Go with the Arma 100%

One easy way to calculate the bonus damage, would be to multiply the "Powerful" bonus value by the damage rating.

So let's say the p90 has a damage rating of 59. Multiply that by 1.23 (for 23% powerful bonus) which will get you 72.57. So the weapon will do the same damage as a 72.57 damage rating weapon.

Bunker bucks honestly. It's a bad weapon because its an orange primary with 58 damage and the powerful bonus only makes it slightly less bad. 

These kinda weapons don't hold much value. A bonus should be complimentary to a weapon, not a requirement to make it slightly more viable.

Hands down the Armalite. The base Damage on the Armalite alone is enough to make it better than the P90 with the powerful. Listen to Shooby. Shooby knows best .
