Staff edit: Discrimination.

 

I received a system warning for something which was uploaded more than a decade ago. Which part of this commic is offensive? Which rule did I break? This commic is depicting the genocide against the Rohingyas and other minority groips such as the Kachin by the military junta and the Aung San Suu Kyii government using factual information from news outlets. 

Not here to contest the system warning but what part of this was offensive, when I’ve seen worse picture in the forums being kept there without any censoring?

Firstly, this is not the appropriate place to be disputing warnings - as you already know you would need to file a report under warning/ban dispute.

 

However - You received a warning because the image quite literally has the N word in it... 

 

The length of time this has been present doesn't matter, staff aren't omnipresent, so if it was caught later and reported it is removed and treated as an offence. Just as your subsequent reposting of said racial slur now will be for the forums. I will make it clear in your warning, since this one also comes with a forum ban, that your ban is for posting images with racial slurs.
