I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

 

Torn Clock shows 11:38, as it was when the screenshot was taken however on the open chain report it says it's 11:43:47, so would've been 5 mins out. 

 

(I have banked my cash on hand)

 

 

Edit: to add, we also started our chain 12:00 TCT whereas it's showing as 11:49

The chain end time for an ongoing chain is always shown as 5 minutes from the current TCT, as the chain is not finished yet and it assumes that chain will drop within 5 minutes of current timestamp if the faction doesn't make any hits. This is corrected to show the correct timestamp when the chain actually finishes.

 

Edit: to add, we also started our chain 12:00 TCT whereas it's showing as 11:49

 

That is incorrect, the chain start time is what is shown on the chain report, dozens of hits were made prior to 12:00 TCT, you can check your faction's Attacking news section.
