I recently achieved principal in the education job path and promptly applied the "10% passive decrease in completion time for all future education courses."

It said that it'll be applied, but my question is that if there's a place to see it's applied and working?

You can see a list of all your personal perks in the home page

It won't affect the course that's already ongoing. It'll apply from the next time you start a course. The course time will be reduced. You can check the original course times in the wiki, in the education page
