Looking like someone forgot to charge upkeep on properties again. Could this be a regular thing or is it just an oversight? I recall it happened last year too.

This is why I come to GD, to find out what's changed in torn. Ched could be charging us double rent and I would never even notice (at least not until the yellow upkeep icon popped up early).
