Since when does the bank save money or give loans? Since when does Duke offer a service, and not just a money farm? What are we talking about here Ched?

Best thing you can do is to attempt to bust one of the first people on the list in jail. Have your item needed open in a separate tab and then bust someone who has a very high jail time. When you fail and get jailed yourself, quickly switch tabs and use the item needed.
