Is the change really worth it? Or is it better sticking to the old system?

It depends on your fac. If you're over 50% in PAs it's almost certainly not worth it. If you have less, that shifts.
Call it a hunch but I think your fac is better off in OC 2.0
It might not be worth it for money, but it might be worth it for exp gains.
Like crime 2.0, you gain so much more CE than crimes 1.0.
If we also earn a lot more CE in OC 2.0 than doing PAs, we might be able to do tier 9 and 10 faster. Which should be some good money makers.
So for the money it might not be worth it now even though we are close to PA income, it might be worth it for the exp gains and earn more money later using the experience for tier 9 and 10 crimes.
I know its unknown if we actually earn more CE, but I just hope above is true lol. We can only hope...
I don't think it's a concern either way for OP, I'd be shocked if they had ONE PA team.
Yeah for smaller factions it is a no brainer indeed.
If you're doing PAs, then maybe no.
If you're not doing PAs, definitely move to OC 2.0 then.
From my findings those of us who where doing PAs where losing a small amount each month just by running level 7s we then tried moving between 6 and 7s and it averaged out nicer if a little more work. Much nice for the lower end, main issue is teaching them colours and that Red means do not jump on it and waste damn time
