i just found out that torn had racing 
go to market
get me self the most expensive car, Veloria LFA
found out i cant enlist anything other than class E car
go back to market, get the most expensive class E car, stalog 680
start racing, get points, spent all points

rank up to class D
get me a tabata rm 2, start racing

cant go back to class E
