Hello!

 

A friend and I placed a bet minutes apart. Her bet paid but mine was refunded.. the match won with more than 200 points. May I know why she got paid out as won but it was refunded for me?

You placed your bet after the match started, hence it got refunded. 2025-04-30 11:26:20 this was the match start date. I will ask Dima to confirm.

Hi Aera,

 

According to our provider's data the match started at 2025-04-30 11:26:20 TCT while you placed your bet at 2025-04-30 11:27:40 TCT.

 

Any bet placed after the event starts is refunded in Bookie. Unfortunately, in most cases we're getting this information (the actual start time) when the event is finished when we get the match results etc, so we can't refund any invalid bets earlier.

 

Your friend's bet is valid since she placed her bet at 2025-04-30 11:24:41 TCT (before the match started irl).
