Is it normal for racing skill to just suddenly plateau like this? I generally enter 10+ races per day and it's slowly, but steadily increased but seems to have just stalled over the last 10 days or so.
Feel free to call me an idiot if I've missed something completely obvious.

Maybe look at a smaller time frame. I notice on the left 18 and 19 are listed twice, so presumably this is x.5. Appears to me that your skill may be progressing slower than the graph has resolution for.
Edit to add: Mine looks rather similar.
The racing skill graph only updates in whole numbers so thats why you're not seeing updates on a more frequent basis.
As mentioned above, the graph only plots whole numbers for Racing skill, so anything from 19.00 to 19.99 will be plotted as 19 on the chart. It does not mean that you are not gaining racing skill. And generally speaking, yes, it is easier to gain racing skills at lower levels. Your progress will slow down as you climb. The skill gains also depends on which races you are doing (custom vs official).
