Moves the Area Navigation Menu to the top, just like in the mobile UI !!

This is an interesting idea
It certainly gives a different feel to the pages, with Navigation in constant view at all times
Making this switchable ON/OFF for different playing conditions would be helpful
There is a bug with this open while making this post
The left and right buttons are disabled when editing, instead, they are scrolling the Navigation bar
Edit: the above is also a problem in chat windows

The pin/unpin does the job, giving a clean view of scrolling down pages where required
The 'Go to Top' button, I'm not sure about
When the Nav bar is pinned to the top, the "Go to Top" button is released so that you can scroll down multiple pages
I like that I can see the jail script counter tick when busting
I wish the phone app navigation were like this. not those bullshit tiny icons no one can see

can you make it arrangeable like i want smaller horizontal. Maybe like on mobile.
As someone who played TORN 90% time on mobile, i have to say this eases up the process a lot for me...
