I'm a newbee just completed George's newbee missions, but I'm not triggering any other missions, i believe it's gonna be from duke, idk how to proceed now

How to level up?
The quickest way to level up is to attack people and choose the 'leave' option to leave them on the street.
If you haven't seen it yet, check out the Baldr's Basic Advice guide. He even provides you with a list of inactive players you can target.
It's a good idea to browse the Tutorials & Guides forum if you have time. There are other beginners' guides and info there too. A good start makes a huge difference down the road.
