This account I made is a few years old and I just started back playing. I guess something was updated since I first made the account and now I cannot finish the starter quests to find cash on the streets. Im stumped and a little frustrated with it all. Really don't want to have to delete this account because it's my first. Is there anyone that can help?

Welcome back! Go to your crimes section and click the crime at the top of the list. It is for searching areas for cash and items. That will pass you the mission.
