Is it donate 10 million to the church (I can do)
Is it donate 100 million to the church (I can't do for while)
Or something else?

uhm, to unlock 1$ Bazaar items Just depends on luck you have the Chance to unlock it every 10-30min (Not Sure).
idk who told you to donate Money to the church to unlock items in the Bazaar as you only get merits for donating (100k, 1m,...)
$1 dollar bazaar sales is a locked mechanism to prevent players using bots to buy up all doller priced items for events like black Friday sale. Putting a dollar priced items in a bazaar is a little bit like a lottery, the last two items of a players digita unlock some of the items and you will be able to buy them then.
Theres a discord who got everything you need about the 1$ bazzar
