Yes, but unfortunately my manic episodes' cause my vision to blur, my anxiety to go through the STRATOSPHERE and ainenter into what's almost akin to an ADHD State where I can't concentrate on ANYTHING therefor I get NOTHING DONE.
What helps are Benzos (particularly Diazepam). Opioids help too however the withdrawals are too much of a hassle to deal with.

This sounds a lot like bipolar 1 (Super high highs, super low lows).
Bipolar 2 (which I do have) is usually a little milder. In my experience, medication does help, but therapy & understanding your triggers, how to realize you may be coming manic/depressive, etc. & healthier choices have helped me alot.
Personally, I'm on Wellbutrin, Lamictal, & Abilify & I've found thats a "sweet spot" for me.
Hey bud may I recommend that you get your self checked by a professional?
it is man, I have bipolar disorder type 1 and I'm a doctor candidate, will be a doctor in like 2-3 months, all I can suggest you briefly is to take your meds regularly and never stop please because mania feels nice and all but you lose/damage your neurons in the meantime. Also, eat healthy and do exercises. You can take short -or better- long walks during the day, sleep at least 6-7 hours every day. Socialize and try to vent your close frineds about how you feel, these are my experiences and I'm living my life, it's not easy I know but it is what it is. Stay strong, I know you can mange to do it. <3
