Hello, I was wondering if there is an equation or a method to estimate the opponents battle stats based on the damage they deal to you, and the amount of defence+armor you have.

FF Scouter (Weav3r's new version) or BSP can give you a good BS estimate.
Yes and no, there's a lot of factors that effect damage and most of them are hidden to the naked eye, stuff like fac perks, edus, mastery merits etcetc, and even if you took that all into account you'd only have their rough effective str, not real (and I guess def if you calc it backwards)
A cleaner way to eatimate stats (assuming BS are too high to use ye old rank method) is to look at xans, SEs, refills, activity, which is what BSP uses to estimate stats (which would be the easy solution, cheap and effective)
If they have a bounty and you have time to check how much Xanax they used and still attack them, they're strong.
If they have a bounty and you check their Xanax and find they're dead before you have time to attack them, they're weak.
To answer ur question, I don't think so. (Even if yes, u are only estimating their strength, not the other 3 stats)
My advise, don't give a fk about those shit. Just compare xanax taken numbers. If u have like 300 more xanax, usually its an easy win for you.
(U will see why looking xanax only is not enough, but you'll get there eventually)
Attack those who have bounties on them saying low stat noob
TDup's BSP is awesome. You should give it a try, totally worth the Xanax
Compare Xanax first. Then include refils, cans and se's used.
If xan is about even, check cans, if cans is about even see if they chugged 10000 SE's
If you're the same Xanax, but they have 68 more SE used than you, assume their main stat is at least double yours.
It's actually possible to calculate str and defense. But you need to be the one attacking the other person so you can see things like damage bonuses, as well as the weapon rating, armor they have equipped etc. to get the most accurate estimate. If they attack you, there's just not enough info to get a good estimate.
But mathematically, you have all the pieces; you know your defense rating, your armor rating, their weapon rating, damage bonus, etc. You can't figure out speed or dexterity since a lot of that is luck, but damage/defense is doable.
