How do I get my software business up and running? I have 2 employees right now and about 12 mil in the company with 100k for advertising.

Without the Business EDU it will be much more difficult to run a company.
There are also Stock Blocks that boost your company as well.
Not to say you cannot run a company without the EDU or the Stock Blocks but it will be MUCH more difficult, you will make MUCH less profit and it likely isn't going to be worth it. Highly suggest you find a standard job for a while before trying to start a company.

I would sell the company back to the system and get the city jobs completed 1st. While at the same time getting some of your education courses completed.
Intro to bio + intravenous therapy
Sports science degree
Pych degree
Then focus on getting business education if you have built 2b in the bank by then and extra 1.5b for company stock blocks and company fund.
Running a company isn't made for newbies and often you'll lose a lot of money trying to stay afloat. Good luck
You have just a marketer and a cleaner. How do you expect to write any apps for your company to sell?
You at least need a developer, tester, and graphics designer...
