Can you please try clearing your cache from the App settings and see if it resolves the issue?
Chat 3.0 stuck loading/retry for me - Windows 11 PC - Chrome browser
Swapped to Chat 2.0 and now the entire chat section is gone
Tried:
Turning off TornTools
Logging in via incognito window
Deleting site data
weirdly, chat 3.0 still seems to be working via phone for me
EDIT: Working now - did nothing additional so I assume something on the backend was cleared :) Thank you!Just kidding, went back to chat 3.0 and getting a spinning circle of death again
