Cloudflare check is looping due to some browser issue on your end, you can verify by opening Torn in Incognito window in the same browser, it will work fine. I will recommend you to disable all of your scripts/extensions/VPNs etc., clear all browser data for Torn from the browser settings and see if it resolves the issue. You can turn on your extensions one by one after that to see if something causes the issue again.
