Chasing the "Key to the City" Honor and realised that I only have 33 of the 34 different areas available to me.
"Manor House" is not an option for me. Yes, I do have level 100 for Burglary but still "Luxury Villa" is the bottom option in the Residential drop-down menu
You cannot use focused scouting on a building type until you've burgled it at least once.

here because I ran into the same issue? torn report says im missing the unique for the manor house. im lvl 100 but cannot for the life of me figure out how to find to then burgle a manor house for the unique
you have to keep scouting "any residential" locations and successfully burgle the location when it comes up. only locations you successfully burgled are in the direct target list.
Through the same non-focused burglary "luck" that let you find all the other locations (which after a successful burgulary will then get added to the drop-down so you can focus on it for the unqiue)
As per the post above mine - just target random residential locations.
