I was just wondering if the recent pkm i acquired was from a dud cache or if its really possible to get it gray i checked the wiki and it confirms they drop yellow or better quality. I see no mentions about this either in the forums

99% chance you got this out of the new level 5 OC. It spawns non-RW weapons that were previously only be found inside caches.
