Poker Bug

Hi - Poker Bug in a game where I raised against Fotesial in Cats Chance - The entire table froze and then suddenly folded my hand and timed me out.... I lost a 600m pot because of this) for the sake of 125k... Please can this error be looked into. I am unsure if this will be rectified..

Was in the table when this happened. Not sure what wrong whether is was the poker side of things or black widows side but we’ve all been experiencing some sort of issues and this moment was nothing short of unfair. Hopefully something can be done. 

Was here too, I also hope something can be done. 

Thankyou for updates so far... So are there any further update on this ticket??.... any compensation or acknowledgment to the glitch/error in a reasonably high stakes poker game -.-

I understand the status is put as 'Info Required' but I'm sure you can find all the logs etc in the system's backend... surely there are no further actions needed from my side? The information in the initial post provides dates, scenarios and timings. It all happened so quick and with the poker tables automated system changing the page, catching screenshots after the glitch occurred was near impossible
