    They are reading a book that halves the incoming hospital time, there's no bug here. The personal stat shows you how many books the player has finished reading, it will not update till the book is completed. Thanks!

I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

 

Assuming the Wiki is correct, and that base hosp timer is 3hours, with 10/10 hosp merits, how did I get a timer of 2 hours and 20 mins?

 

Can confirm the defender didn't use a blood bag immediately afterwards to reduce hosp time.  And he's in a 17k R faction, so is not likely going to have hosp timer reduction perks.

 

What am I missing?

 

 

 

EDIT: There is a possibility the player has just started reading the medical book.  Although his stats show 0 books read, it wouldn't be reflected there if he started reading it after the daily update.
