Far as I know "No confirm" is as good as it gets staying inside of the rules.
Not sure how it can get any better without automating it, which is very much against the rules.
bust reminder
i always have this enabled and it does very well at guessing my bust limit, I always keep my score the same as I'm pretty sure it improves the prediction, like busting higher scores would throw it off
