Furniture store gives 3 energy for 1 job point
Pug gives 3 energy for 1 job point
Restaurant 3 energy for 1 job point
Candle Shop gives 5 energy for 1 job point
Game Shop gives 5 energy for 1 job point + 1 Nerve and 50 Happiness
Farm gives 7 energy for 1 job point
Grocery Store gives Can of (premium) Energy Drink
Sweet Shop gives Can of (premium) Energy Drink
I would consider those for your level and age. You can make a lot of money from Halloween. Maybe not the first year, but long term.

Music store is good to start with if you want to make the most out of gyms. I'd personally start with that one then move on to a money making perk after about 16 months.
Edit: it has to be minimum 3 star and I'd use it at least until you're finished with happy jumping.
