In an attempt to make RANKED war more competitive and NOT remake everything I have a few suggestions:

 

  1. Limit the amount of factions allowed in Diamond 0-3 to 52. 13 factions in each tier. 
    2. If you lose you lose rank as it is now. 
    3. The faction that got the highest winstreak and correct amount of members in and have been fighting this week ranks up do D1 when a faction in D0 loses. 
    4. Faction rank is set on Monday->Thursday change of day and NOT when RW ends. 

I believe this would force more faction to fight to stay in diamond and reduce termed deals in Plat3. 

I realize that my ideas will not fix termed wars for smaller factions. But this could be a step in the right direction.
