I did my spinning of the 1m wheel today/tonight and "won" 25 casino tokens, that ended up not being credited to my account.

The casino token refills at midnight take place through a script. It can take a few minutes for the script to finish running and doing your daily refills. You received the casino tokens from the Wheel before the refill took place. Refill simply credited you with 50 tokens on top of 25 that you already had.
